1. Room quality was average - there were bits left on the floor on the floor (hairbands) from previous guests and sofa was quite stained but we were literally just there to sleep in as left 1st thing in morning and only came back at bedtime so was adequate for our needs.

The walls are paper thin, so we could hear our neighbors, the TV had issues, there was no 'all about your hotel' welcome book or anything (a basic one about NYC, yes, but nothing specifically about the hotel services available), stains on the carpet, and the window A/C unit that was blocked by the curtains.

6. There were stains on the carpet; a major draught coming in through the window (although the heating did keep the room warm enough) and the bathroom had a leak from the toilet and a funny smell.
