1. Although the location of the hotel is perfect for starting your daily excursions the welcome at the reception was very short and no information provided whatsoeverOnce asked for direction the man at the reception seemed to be very annoyed upon our request and then gave us a wrong information.

2. 2)The room was very cold and after two times calling the reception and making them believe there was something wrong, they finally sent a maintenance guy to fix our heater.

3. - Clean, tidy,comfortable and excellent basic base for the money- Felt safe walking around neighbourhood at night - Secure lockers to leave luggage in between checkout & departure ($5 for largest)-Didn't need it but microwave, fridge and coffee machine in room- We booked this hotel for the value for money it offered thinking we'd be rather far out of town -how wrong were we?.
