1. I had to sleep with earplugs and we had to keep turning off the A/C fan when in the room because we could hardly hear each other talking.

2. I agree with other reviews that the rooms are small but it's new York, what do you expect? Also we hardly spent any time in the hotel and the bed was very comfortable.
