1. When I booked the room there was no indication I would be given a TINY room with a very small single bed.

My husband went to front desk to ask where our microwave and fridge was, he was told that there were no other rooms available in the hotel and that rooms in the 07 rows were tiny and they were planning to get rid of them soon to develop a lift therefore little work had been done on them, you bet.
