1. We also had a flat-screen TV in our room (I see some people have complained about old-school TVs in other rooms), along with a mini-refrigerator and microwave.

4. I was charged for the full booking, and when I contacted the travel agency to complain, they told me Hotel Newtown claimed to 'have never heard from me', which is simply untrue, which I have the email exchanges to prove.

7. I know some people have complained about the noisy airconditioning unit, but I simply had the aircon on before I went to bed to cool the room and then turned it off when I went to sleep.
