1. On mylast visit - Feb 18-19 2012 - the elevator wasn't working reliably, whichwas a problem with my 'single' room on the 9th floor.

3. So,unless you are totally deaf, I would recommend going there at a time when heating is not on, by the way, turning off your own radiator does not solve the problem.

8. The room was very clean and so was the shared bathroom which is one thing I was worried about, but it wasn't a problem at all.

9. However the housekeeping staff were excellent, particularly on my first day when I had a problem with the hairdryer and it was sorted out immediately.
