1. Although the location of the hotel is perfect for starting your daily excursions the welcome at the reception was very short and no information provided whatsoeverOnce asked for direction the man at the reception seemed to be very annoyed upon our request and then gave us a wrong information.

2. The room was bigger than expected but the bathroom was tiny, all was clean and working the heater worked well but releases air sometimes and the noise is annoying.

8. The elevator is in bad condition, there is only one for the entire hotel, which sometimes is annoyed.

9. To be honest we were very annoyed with expedia as when we first arrived the consierge told us that we only had one double bed, even though expedia had `promised` us that we would get two queen beds(- I love my mum, but not that much.

10. The room we got was small but comfortable (we weren`t going to spending that much time in it) but the only thing that was annoying was that we requested a double bed but we got two single beds.
