1. Our room had a bit of a dank smell when we first arrived, but it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is excellent, the service is perfect, the employees are extremely polite and well-trained to serve us, decent complimentary breakfast included, clean as I've never seen in NYC, great location (within walking distance from many touristic places), geese feather's linens/pillows/pillow top, good smell (due to its cleanliness).
