6. When we arrived the manager at the front was very welcoming and friendly, but the other front desk staff we dealt with later in the week were very rude in their manner of speaking to you.

7. The only negative remark I have is that some of the receptionists are quite rude in their effort to spent at least time as possible talking to a guest in order to get to the next guest.

8. But I called the front desk just to see if anything else was available, and were offered a choice of a few other rooms (the lady at the front desk wasn't overly friendly, but definitely not rude), and were immediately moved up to the 11th floor to another room that was ready.
