1. The only downside - internet both wired and wireless was not working properly - very slow, sometimes not working at all, had to connect to wi-fi from Starbucks next door.

2. In the mornings when everyone is going to breakfast the elevators are slow, so be sure on the day you check out you allow enough time for a wait at the elevator.

6. We were not happy with the front desk staff who were not only very slow in checking in guests but they were taking them in random order, ignoring whoever was first in line and waiting the longest.

7. My only complaint would have to be that the shower curtain would not stay in place; it kept sliding slowly away from the edges on the curved-out bar so that eventually only about the middle third of the bathtub edges were covered.

8. The only thing negative that I could say, was that the elevators are a little slow and can be somewhat crowded - but it was never a big problem.
