1. Due to a delayed flight into Newark NJ by the time we took a cab we didn't get in until nearly midnight, Our room was on the 4th floor near the elevator and was clean and spacious.

4. There was a small delay when registering due to an attempt by the hotel staffer to give us a room with two twin beds when we had preregistered for a room with a king size bed.

6. One of the lifts was out of order during our stay so to avoid delays the staff evevator was opened for guests which was great and thoughtful.

7. (just a note - due to annoying plane delays we had to go back one night after checking out and ended up in room 1021 which was right next to the elevator and we heard the noise well into the night - try to avoid this one if possible).
