1. Some reviews complain about noise problems, it was not an issue for me.

2. I did notice the wall paper was pulling away from the wall near the bottom of the window, but that was the only problem we saw with the room which wasn't really a problem.

4. Now, the elevators were kind of small and there were only 2, but we never had any problems with having to wait (we were visiting during off season as well).

8. The first night which was a saturday they managed to get us 2 rooms, then from sunday we were able to have 3 rooms, the receptionist staff couldnt have been more helpful, and still with all the other customers that were comming and going they still remembered and asked if we had managed to sort out our apartment problem.

9. In fact, both concierge and front desk staff gave us completely different direction and either of them were wrong and this happend twice druing our stay which cause us some problem.

10. If we weren't so many in number, we would have asked to move rooms at 11 pm when the problem became apparent.
