9. After reading many horror stories about undersized rooms and poor service in the Times Square area , my wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by our accomodations at the Hampton Inn.

10. They fixed the elevator and some poor guest gets struck; so the next day the elevator is out again; they finally really fix it the next day.
