1. Wi-fi signal barely existent on 29th floor, at least inside my room; there is no room service; cigarette smell coming from the a/c vent, even though it's a (supposedly) smoking free hotel.

5. The replacement room did not smell like smoke, but was grimy (eg smudges on tables, stains on bed runner and carpet) and run down (eg carpet had large frays at the edges, loose outlets).
