1. Patricks Day weekend, hotel was at maximum capacity and other than elevators were too slow; overall it was excellent, the rooms were good size as well and very clean.

2. While I can somewhat understand the high cost, the valet service is slow, 30 minutes to retrieve a car, and I was disappointed that the valet guy didn't offer to help with bags, and there was no bellman on duty at checkout time.
