1. Since we were only on the 8th floor, we took the stairs, but we heard many other guests complaining of a wait over 40 minutes.

6. Our 16 year old complained about the mattress on the pull out couch, and within 30 minutes staff was knocking at the door with a replacement.

7. As it was too late to change hotels, a housekeeper added 2 thin 'quilts' while the head of housekeeping said, 'Yes, EVERYONE complains about how uncomfortable the sofa bed is.

8. I will try to be very short:Rooms : very clean, good size (it was a larger studio, city view, king bed- only for 20 usd more/ night), small bathroom ,but why you need something bigger? The only complain is about the storage place- no place for clothes, baggage's; we transformed the sofa bed in a wardrobe.

9. My 12 yr old son did not complain out his sofa bed and neither did my 13 yr old niece in the other room.
