Room changed and this room was in better condition BUT why should I have to request a bar stool for the counter which was missing, why should I call and wait 7 hours for them to replace a broken hair dryer and have to call to request a luggage rack? It may seem like little things to some but at the rate of $400 plus per night, I think I am well within my right to expect the things that I have mentioned.

2. The wallpaper and plaster were peeling, the lock was broken with sharpe metal exposed, there were little black specks on the walls & door n black mold in the shower grout.

4. On my last visit one of the treadmills was broken (it was stuck in an incline position) and with only three treadmills, two ellipticals, and two cycles the gym is inadequate for the hotel.

5. Housekeeping bought up another coffee maker but again the lid was broken and I had to explain that if the lid is broken it won't activate the coffee maker correctly.
