1. I found in my room, next to lots of dust, a personnel item (cell phone) belonging to the previous occupant of my room- so no checks after cleaning? But the worst and most disguesting part, this was a Non-Smoking room, but the pigeon-wire in front of my window was missused as ash-tray, full of cigarette stubs.
