1. Overall we were reasonably satisfied and would probably have rated this hotel a little higher had it not been for the lack of tea/coffee in the room.

2. There is a club room on the 2nd floor which serves tea/coffee but, as this is not open all of the time, it only partly compensates for the lack of such facilities in the room.

5. I believe the hotel was sold out that night as it was graduation weekend in the city, so that may have contributed to their lack of efficiency on that front.

6. Great location and decent rooms but lack of staff can be a real irritant starting with long queues on check in, getting a bellman or getting a plastic ice bucket which housekeeping had forgotten.
