1. The rug was stained, the room smelled bad, and was so small that the table for four that was shoved into the corner could only fit three chairs.

I would suggest the Benjamin which is the same street and you can find good dealsas general comments:-rooms are not like in the picture- more than 250$ per night really low quality- room with back window where we couldn't open it because was coming bad smell inside all the time- gym super small-personnel not kind at allgreat vacation but very disappointing place to stay.
