1. ), great location just blocks from downtown shopping and Pike MarketCons: The particular room we stayed in #503 has a weird water pipe flowing in the super thin walls (it basically sounded like someone was taking a shower next door but ALL THE TIME).

3. The other reviews were correct in that the rooms are small (but not tiny), the bathrooms are small and the configuration is weird (don't care for the autoflush toilet)) and there was a bit of an odor from the room being both old and am sure smoking was allowed in years past.

4. While the finishings and overall appearance of the rooms was nice, the crown moulding was about 1/2 inch away from the ceiling, the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was at eye level when you are on the toilet, the bathroom itself had a glass door to the bedroom, not a wooden door (not bad, just weird).

5. We did not hear a peep out of any of the other guests all night, which is surprising in an older building, even though we had a weird corner room where the neighbours' door was immediately next to ours.
