We had read some of the
negative
reviews and decided that, if our first visit wasn't satisfactory, we would go somewhere else for our second night.

They only
negative
was that the walls are a bit thin, so you will hear noise from the halls and elevator from time to time, but we only heard noise during the day - at night it was quiet.

The room smelt like it was a smoking room which is not nice if you are a non-smoker, I can't remember if I had a choice of non-smoking at the time of booking but if this is important then this is an unnecessary
negative
for a nicely turned out hotel.

The biggest
negative
for us was the fact that the elevator lobby is not level with the street, so if you have mobility problems or require a wheelchair, this is not the hotel for the disabled.
