1. Parking is rather expensive at $21 for self-parking and $29 for valet.
"Hot, Small Room in a good location. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/27/2012 Vote
2. I highly recommend not parking on the street, as my car was broken into, right across the street from the hotel in a well-lit street parking space.

3. Cons-As another reviewer identified, the room was stuffy and warm and when we tried to turn the heat down to 65 degrees, it actually got warmer; room was dark and wall colors aged; lighting was inadequate; with desk by one side of the bed there was no light next to bed; older analog TV; toilet has an auto-flush sensor so anytime we were at the sink to brush our teeth or wash our hands, the toilet flushed; the room was smaller than the cabin one would find on a cruise ship; and lastly, parking expensive.
"Location great but hotel tired... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/21/2012 Vote
4. It was easy to reach from Seattle-Tacoma airport, a disadvantage is that there is no free parking available, we had to use the parking garage next to the hotel, which costs about 23$/day.
"Great location, average room, very bad smell " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/5/2012 Vote
5. After an exhaustive search of rates, parking, and the bed bug review.

6. If you are arriving by car, you should expect steep hills, lots of one-way streets, a lack of on street parking and (of course) traffic in Downtown Seattle.
"On the fence about this one " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/11/2011 Vote
7. One guest was given the incorrect parking instructions and was told he had to pay $87 for parking since the staff told him the wrong complex so beware if you are parking there, make sure you are given directions to the absolute correct complex.
"Don't Let The Fancy Name Fool You " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/26/2011 Vote
8. This hotel is best for those who do not plan on driving since parking is expensive and minimal.

"Decent hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/19/2011 Vote
10. There was broken window glass in other parking spaces and all the staff of the garage did was sweep it up.
