1. The only complaint I have is that someone was smoking in the room next to us and was kind of annoying as I dispise cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be non smoking I believe.

2. The next morning upon checkout I informed the manager on duty of ALL the complaints, he replied that the regional manager would be calling me about our aweful experience at their facility, 2 1/2 weeks later I still haven't heard from anybody.

6. Our only complaints were that there aren't fans in the bathrooms which makes it really difficult to clear the steam after a shower, and the bathroom door was rather loud to open and close because the doors are very old.
