1. The next morning upon checkout I informed the manager on duty of ALL the complaints, he replied that the regional manager would be calling me about our aweful experience at their facility, 2 1/2 weeks later I still haven't heard from anybody.

2. Details make all the difference patch on vinyl headboard, peeling wallpaper, holes in wall, worn patches on chair and ottoman, duvet also had worn patches and probably needed to be replaced, and pillows weren't fresh (which is pretty awful).
