1. It's absolutely not - it's a budget hotel with peeling, paint, dirty carpets, and smells like urine.

8. Details make all the difference patch on vinyl headboard, peeling wallpaper, holes in wall, worn patches on chair and ottoman, duvet also had worn patches and probably needed to be replaced, and pillows weren't fresh (which is pretty awful).
