It's absolutely not - it's a budget hotel with
peeling
, paint, dirty carpets, and smells like urine.

In the hallways, the wallpaper was
peeling
off the wall and all of the trim work was well dented and scratched.

The room we stayed in was filthy-wallpaper dirty and
peeling
off in every corner, mildew, an air vent that was half out of the ceiling and caked with dirt and grime (has to be a code violation).

Details make all the difference patch on vinyl headboard,
peeling
wallpaper, holes in wall, worn patches on chair and ottoman, duvet also had worn patches and probably needed to be replaced, and pillows weren't fresh (which is pretty awful).
