4. The Pan Pacific was booked solid, which is too bad, because they were absolutely lovely and I would have just stayed there.

While the finishings and overall appearance of the rooms was nice, the crown moulding was about 1/2 inch away from the ceiling, the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was at eye level when you are on the toilet, the bathroom itself had a glass door to the bedroom, not a wooden door (not bad, just weird).

10. I stayed 3 days, and everyone at the front desk was very unfriendly, the only one that was pleasant was the young girl at night, and I felt bad for her since it seemed she was by herself alot.
