1. A few complaints: no wifi (it really bugs me that 4-star hotels don't offer wifi in guestrooms); the fridge in the room is full of food but there's a sign saying that if you remove any of it to make room for your own things, you'll be charged a $25 fee; the double showerheads were great but the drain can't handle all the water so it collects at the bottom of the tub; the cold water faucet at the bathroom sink leaked and water collected on the counter.

2. When we asked for someone to come check on the AC because the room seemed warm and we were unable to cool it down we waited for over an hour, and despite 3 calls to the front desk, no one ever came to check on our complaint.

3. My only complaint is that a few times the doors between room dividers (in the Cascade rooms) didn't close properly, so it was difficult to hear over noise from adjoining sessions.
