1. They charged us the difference which I thought was terrible since the mistake was there's and we had even checked with 2 people at the front desk to verify the $50 (which is WAY too easy to spend on two people for breakfast- very overpriced).

4. I made a ruckus and they said Orbitz made that mistake and there were actually no non-smoking room available for that night.
