1. My only complaint was that the heat/ac was fairly dated and it was somewhat difficult to change the temp.

3. The hotel could be characterized as slightly faded granduer, however, we found the very friendly and unfailingly helpful staff, the quiet room and the great location more than made up for the few scuff marks and dated decor, and we will happily stay here again.
