My only complaint was that the heat/ac was fairly dated and it was somewhat
difficult
to change the temp.

The bathroom towels were not quite as soft but I recognize that is rather
difficult
to do in a hotel setting.

We were going to Kneehigh Stocking company, which is a speakeasy-type place and purposefully
difficult
to find.

Some of the corner rooms have great views of the river but even the other have very nice views of the surroundings- Magical atmosphere: no matter how
difficult
the day was, the hotel staff creates a great atmosphere.

difficult
to pronounce name and then have to confirm that they got the pronunciation right.
