4. From a caliber of hotel such as the fairmont, I expected an upgrade or some other type of comp for the inconvenience, rather than a quick dismissal and a rollaway bed.

7. I suppose it is not surprising that the staff here are used to catering to their core business clientele and seem to view the weekend leisure guests as a necessary inconvenience.
