9. This was our first visit to New York and we had heard that New Yorkers could be rude, however I think it's pretty sad if the worst experience of our stay was with the front desk clerk of the hotel whom we stayed with for 8 nights, and by someone who is supposed to in the hospitality business.

10. I found the hotel itself to be adequate in fact quite good, however the front desk clerk with whom I originally checked in with is absolutely the worst person in the hospitality business that I have ever come across.
