4. Overall, although the location of this hotel is decent (in Mid-town Manhattan, near Times Square), the hotel itself was not to my liking and the value for price paid was too poor, therefore I will not be staying here again.

5. Breakfast offering was poor (vile coffee, watered down orange) and the breakfast room is too small for the amount of guests resulting in a crowded waiting room atmosphere with people eating in lobby & lifts even.

6. If no one had been in our room, how had it been cleaned? The room cleaning fairies perhaps? Your manager dragged the poor cleaner into the room and insisted that we be there, it was very uncomfortable for all.
