The manager was inititally fairly
unhelpful
stating 'it isnt my responsibility to manage your credit cards properly' and when I asked why no one had phoned me he re-iterated that policy is to email when an international number is given.

unhelpful
and uncooperative person that works in the 'hospitality' business.
