2. The service elevator was broken for several days so there was only one working elevator, which made it difficult for us on the 12th floor.

There are down sides to staying here, the breakfast isn't up to much and consists of sugary or boring 'fast food breakfast', the bar on the roof is very popular with the locals and although it is nice bar to have a drink in it can become VERY busy on the weekends which causes a great deal of noise and tom foolery on the tops few floors and makes it difficult to use the elevators.
