10. the positives - room was clean; convenient to subway and all transportation; very helpful and friendly staff; breakfast was decent; a safe in room large enough for a laptop; great, free wi-fi; overall, worth the moneythe negatives - room was tight - no space to put luggage; we were right above the front entrance and it was loud all night long, possibly from restaurants next door (we had to put on bathroom fan to drown out noise) ; if you need a firm mattress, not for you.
