9. worst experience a family can have and Delta did nothing- no hotel, no food, no agent in the airport, no help to get needed formula/diappers, did not rebook us- but kept us on the hook until they could get us back on Delta 24 hours later.

10. The beach immediately in front of the hotel has a great view of the three islands off Maui, but might be the worst in Maui - rocky and prone to lots of seaweed and other natural debris.
