1. The only drawbacks that I found were that the rooms were not as clean as I had hoped - there was a large stain on the carpet and the grout between the tiles looked dirty.

5. A dirty towel deposit at the bell desk would be very helpful for return after trips to the beach.

6. Suggestion: You can obtain beach towels from the front desk or at the pool but you either have to walk out to the pool upon your return to deposit the dirty towels or take the wet towels to your room and have the maid take them later.

Also, although we have received fresh towels each day the cleaning so far has been at a minimum (cooked dinner last night and came back to dirty stove and kitchen counters this morning so ended up cleaning my own mess which was a little disappointing since I am on vacation :-) And finally, the pull out couch bed is NOT very comfortable but the main bed in the bedroom is more than comfortable.
