1. Also, you can walk all the way down to Black Rock and all the way to Lahaina if you want, but there is not a boardwalk you have to cut into the resort areas and it would be difficult coming back in the dark if you did.
"Loved the birds! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/29/2012 Vote
2. The couple used these for a couple nights and asked if we could possibly upgrade since the two beds in the livingroom were making it difficult to navigate the room.
"Fantastic Stay!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/17/2012 Vote
3. I'd avoid Black Rock near the Sheraton - parking is difficult, and there are lots of loud young men jumping from the cliffs into the snorkelling area - not pleasant and certainly not serene.
"Better than the pictures " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/14/2012 Vote
4. The location was good, but on arrival we did have a difficult time finding it.
"Excellent Place to stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/10/2011 Vote
5. The beautiful sandy beach was great for sunbathing, and many people were swimming, but I thought snorkeling was too difficult because just under the water surface were a lot of rocks, and you needed experience to avoid them.
"Much better than standard condos " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/23/2011 Vote
6. Our only complaints are: dark corridors need better lighting for walking to the unit at night, washer and dryer and A/C both were very very noisy (difficult to sleep), the gas BBQ grill was great except it was at an odd location near the tennis court instead of near the pool or the beach ( I actually felt a little unsafe being the one person standing there in a somewhat dark area as I was grilling for my family) and the hotel has 1 tonge chained to 1 grill but none for the other 2 grills (unless they somehow had disappeared).
"good family condo at fairly good location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/6/2011 Vote
7. Only real problem was that the room we stayed in must have been converted to a two bedroom and the door locked automatically from the inside which made it difficult since we both didn't go to bed at the same time.
"Do some research before you stay here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/13/2010 Vote
8. bed was a bit uncomfortable, but we were soooo tired after being out all day, it was not difficult for us to fall asleep.
"Great Value--enjoyed our stay! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/6/2010 Vote
9. We couldn't quite figure out the schedule which made it a little difficult with a small child.
"More than expected, great for a young family " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/27/2010 Vote
10. The beach directly in front of the hotel is rocky, making it difficult, if not impossible to get into the water, but if you go down a few feet to the left, there is a sandy spot to get it.
