2. The condo was right out of the 80s, only those 80's laminate cabinets were chipped and the laminate was pulling off in places.

5. The food as compared to other high end resturants was fantastic-everything from fresh fish-n-chips to catch-of-the-day with fresh veggie and 5 star sauces--the price, better than outside resturants.

7. It looks as if it has never been updated and the paint is chipped and worn.
