1. We addressed our concerns to the front desk, but were suddenly 'all booked' (despite our 'upgrade' to this dingy and dark 1 bedroom) and had no other rooms for us to look at and change to until the next day at 12 pm (getting in the way of our Maui touring).

2. Our room, #349, was dark/depressing (windows in the room are about 6 inches high), dingy and in dire need of renovation (furniture looks like its going to fall apart, stains everywhere throughout carpet, no free outlets in bedroom to charge phone, rust on metal hinges, grout is black, etc).
