1. While the pool staff was always very nice and accommodating, at this price point we felt that having to be put on a wait list for a beach chair is unacceptable.

4. I told the manager that it is unacceptable to pay $700 per night and look at empty beer bottles, and that I am going to check out and go to Hilton, where for about $350 per night I will get much better service, and will not have hot-tub/empty beer bottles view.
