1. It was perfect for us as we have slowed down a little and don't need water slides and too much action by the pool.

8. (concierge mistakes, no times available to play tennis, slow service around pool and beach) I really believe that most of the problems had to do with the fact that they were not adequately staffed for the amount of people that were staying there.
