1. But it is a city hotel, and it does get some use, so its condition was understandable, and in truth, I never felt uncomfortable, and do think that the property is well cared forThe only small complaint I have was that the rooms AC hard to regulate.

2. Walking out the front door and seeing the homeless sleeping across the street at the rectory was uncomfortable but walking out the front door, crossing the street and having immediate access to the river as nice.
