1. The biggest problem with this is that the entrance to the lot is a small alleyway basically and of course the side door to checkv in is there so people park all haphazardly, blocking the drive making it impassable for people who have already checked in to get through.

3. This was our greatest problem, since it was so hot and humid in San Antonio, we would have been thrilled to come back to a cool room.

6. Area around the hotel is safe and although outside the front doors there are locals waiting for the bus we never once encountered a problem.

7. We had a minor problem with the water temp in the shower, loose toilet seat and problem with the message center on the phone but a call to the front desk fixed all those quickly and even offered to switch rooms if we wanted.
