1. The view from the 4th floor isn't that great, we could see the Riverwalk from our room but also saw the rooftops of some shabby buildings too.

2. The property was a nicely converted older building, with a nice lobby, and on-site parking, but slightly worn around the edges, not shabby by any means, but the public areas were just a bit well used, maybe in need of a re-model.
