7. Cons: rooms are pretty basic, rudimentary toiletries, rowdy guests, and though the RIverwalk location is fun, it is also very loud at night.

The only 'somewhat loud' night was our first night, a Saturday and there was a volleyball tournament in town, with some of the players staying near our room, so we could hear some hooting and hollering from the balcony, but they quieted down around 11:00pm, and the rest of the stay was very very quiet.
