1. Room was in the tower which is kind of awkward to get to but once you do it once its not a problem.

3. With that, I have to say that I would have been happier at a Westin, Hyatt or Marriott as the vent was so loud, we had problems sleeping and they would not move us to another room.

7. Rooms were comfortable, I was concerned because we were right next to the bank of elevators, (rm #808) but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a problem.

10. The only problem is that we were told to go out the front door cross the street and go to the first stairway to go down to the Riverwalk.
