1. -PerksLoved the pools, whirlpools and terraces but since they open at 9AM and close at 10PM it was hard for us to use.

7. What's the catch, I wondered? We are usually happy to pay more for a comfortable stay, but it was hard to ignore the discrepancy in cost and service compared to the other riverwalk hotels.

8. While the tower rooms are renovated, they obviously left the old beds behind and they are very hard and uncomfortable, plus the sheets and bedding are very old.
